Ok so I decided to fight this hard! My daughter is super sad that we cant really play anymore. Someone offered me a leveled up account.. but it just isnt fun like it was with MY account and being proud of MY evolved and powered up pokemons that I got LEGIT!

So I decided to appeal.. but with tones of image as attachements.

In my appeal.. I wrote about exactly what I wrote on this forum.. and added these images as attachement.... we never know.. but at least I tried.. and didnt go down without a fight.

I reported a legitimate lvL 24 account just to see if it would get banned. It did. : pokemongobotting

That is just disgusting... Thats probably how i got banned! I played normally to lvl 30 with no hacks or bots whatsoever and i took over a gym with my 3250cp dragonite.
Day after, my account gets banned and failed to get data from server. The fact Niantic is allowing public players to report another player in order to get a gym or just screw with them is just terrible.
I have submitted a ban appeal and support, not expecting a reply since they don't give a shit about us, all they simply care about is profit. Unable to login for 3 days already... If the ban doesn't get lifted by today or tomorrow. I officially quit and rate this stupid ass game half a star.
