    Blizz watching my IP?

    Blizz watching my IP?
Ok so I scammed an account, I transfered the char to another account, then tryed to get the scammed one banned. Didnt work it only got a 72 hour suspension. Then blizz found out and locked the account so oh well I forgot about it and moved on. I scam another account logon to check out the goods. After a little while I started to prepare to transfer it off and get the account banned so I installed game optimizer. I loged back on and I get DCed so I check email and theres an email that says it was suspended for 72 hours for use of third party programs. Im thinking wtf? I didnt even run the program while WoW was running. Later that night my friend comes over. He logs into his account and the account gets banned. Now is this from the program I installed or is blizz watching my IP adress?

No, that's not how it happens. If you guys ever runned a wow server, you should see that when you make an account, there is a table is monitorizing you ip. It something like :last_ip : 127.0.0.1. They check out the account on that ip and if you did something BAD, they will just ban it.
