for me, the simple way to know your account will be back or not is when you getting banned, make a new account with you old nickname.
if that available, positively you never get back your account..

1st account: Seven 3500 cp dragonite, three 3050+ Snorlax level 40... ban+ letter
2nd account: ten 3500 cp dragonite, 2 max snorlax level 38 .... ban stil waiting for letter
3rd + 4th account level 36: banned still waiting for letter.

nice.. so i wanna make a tons of id and do bot again, then i ruin the game with take over all gyms who i will see infront of me, and make legit player get bored and leave this game...
before all my account get ban, but when got banned ill make a new one and ruin again.... and ure game is broke

Don't be happy if you don't receive the email, sometime you will receive it because I had 8 accounts and I received the email on 2 accounts yesterday and another email today so I am pretty sure this will continue because there has been too many accounts banned.

I would recommend to stop playing even legit from the same device, in case was a FakeGPS app used on it, because a friend created a new account to play legit and 3 days later got banned and received the same email he received 3 days ago... he used a different email to create the PTC account but did play using the same device... we are not sure yet what method are they using to bann accounts.

I have been testing with different bots, even created a bot myself using Nox using apps to simulate a real mobile device (which still is detectable but so far no bann) + autoit to create the macro and so far there is no ban... 4 Days straight non stop and the 3 test accounts are still running level 24 - 26.. also 4 more accounts on diff computers with VPN using APIs bots and still no bann... but I am sure that will get banned, I am just testing to see what method or how is the banning process... so the best option we have is to keep testing and try to find out how are they proceeding with the bans so developers can find a way for a bypass

when we know they proceeding to detect and do the ban, they will know and change the procs... for sure, i know someone of niantic crew was here, in this forum..
when some dev update new bot they will know... because this is open forum also u type "pokemon go bot" in SEO google will be search in to this forum, peoples will know and also niantic will be know too, so what the plan?
