I got a legit account that never went to a gym and I never shared its name with anybody, so it is a clean account to test that.

My main lvl 30 account with 3k dragonites so far is untouched. I hope it stays that way~ havent snipe or bot in a week

I had created 2 accounts on Saturday.
First one I sent away and did some snipping with it and second I kept in my city.
First one got banned after i mistakenly logged on my phone, second one is still working.

4 Days of so since I've got the unable to connect bullshit.

I'm too scarred to send in a ban appeal, So I guess I'll keep waiting.

Submitting a ban appeal is pretty much saying "I botted", because Niantic isn't telling you you're banned. They're telling you that your app can't get data from the server. You need to play stupid, contact other support channels and say "I've been getting this error, I searched Google for solutions, I re-installed my app, switched from WiFi to Mobile Data etc. but I still can't get in. My friends can login, but I can't. Please fix this" or something similar. You're just an average player who's been getting an error for the past few days, you don't know shit about bots/cheats...

Maybe people don't really understand, ATM if you have used or use a bot/nox/hack You will be PERMA BANNED maybe that can take a day or a week but be absolutely sure that you will be perma banned, Nianctic can flag you no matter what settings do you use and they'll ban as well your legit account if it's in the same IP they clearly don't give a **** about cheaters and that's the risk we all accept.

Softban was here for identifying hackers, do you really think that they ignore that we countered it? They letted us use this counter method for better catch us.
You need to understand that even if one day a bot will be safe for a moment, you'll be countered by Niantic and you'll be banned again and again and again, one time your account, after your IP etc...

Don't use bot until you know that you clearly understand that you'll be banned FOR SURE no matter what time its takes.
It seems that Niantic gotte cath'em all cheaters, nice irony.

Nope,

once connected to the cracked API, you are flagged.

Since no one knows Niantics original code, bots using that cracked API just sending random data.
...Your altitude is also always the same, that's impossible if you would play legit.

Ban is just matter of time.

Even if you have the perfect human like bot configuration, your account can be easily detected.
With the bots we can use now, we can't do anything, they are worthless and a waste of time.

We just can hope that the guys from Bossland GmbH will find a solution, since they earn money with it and already have many 10.000 customers.

3 of them used ,necro and sniper 2 and ofc Quick Spin_v1.3 to unban them from soft ban many times.

1 of them used only haxton and necro as well, but never used Quick Spin in this account been ban for 12 hours few days ago. and been unluck somehow and working in pokestop,gyms everything 100%. lvl 30
The last one, I used only haxton it been 4 weeks i think. And its clear, never been banned everythingt working like it should be. lvl 30

The difference between them is QuickSpin used.
The question is, do think Quick Spin tracking our account down ?

Now i made 2 more accounts. 1 necro lvl 25 in 10 hours, and the othere one is necro sniper lvl 24 in 1:30 hour, it´s a turbo mode and working good. so I will try use quick spin in one of them after few days and lets see what happens.

This is pretty much what I did with iTunes... I contacted the iTunes app store web support and basically said the whole "I've been getting this error, I searched Google for solutions, I re-installed my app, switched from WiFi to Mobile Data etc. but I still can't get in. My friends can login, but I can't. blah blah blah" they asked me if I contacted Niantic about this, and I basically said that i sent multiple tickets and they have been unresponsive. And then their way of helping was refunding me all of the money I spent on Pokecoins since the release of the game, since they didn't know what else to day.

So yeah, I guess that's one way of embracing your ban and sticking it to Niantic. Lol
