No Bot, not sniping, nothing... Just walk a little bit arround my house. Because the 2-3 Stops in my near (10km!) cant be catch without mobile connection where there are -.-

I haven't received any mail as far as what I've been keeping an eye out. Only "fail to get game data". I can log in perfectly fine on my default config normal botting but not my main. If subject to change, I will let this thread know. I'm told there was supposed to be update but I see none so far on android.

Send another ban appeal for my main acc wich has banned for over 2 weeks now. They clearly state that if you have received a termination email you cannot get your account back in anyway or form.
I have NEVER received any termination email following the "failed to get data bla bla' message i got on pokemon go. I know this is a long shot but this gives me the smallest hope.
They also say that if you have not received any mail and still receive errors that it could be server problems (wich its obviously not for me!)

Give up on that hope. If you've cheated, the account is as good as gone. Niantic isn't stupid.

No the first ban wave was the 8th August some people just recieved it after being banned at this date, also Niantic have banned people on their previous games and send the mail one month after.

Will drop to 10,000,000 by this year end. Many players were given up after they reach lv22. All my 6 accounts were banned, I am decided to quit this game then switch to play No Man's Sky and Deus Ex Mankind Divided.

and also the way some people played recently that really matters is that they reported anyone who took their gym or anyone that have higher level or better pokemon than them to niantic as cheater. almost all of my teammates got wiped out even if they are playing legit, no bot, no emulator, no spoofing, not even pokeadvisor.
