Seems they reworked their automatic response.Trainer,

Didn't want to user NOx.. Anyway
Tried it now in nox. I got "we are humbled by your requests..."
Restated app... Logged in gave a name...but no Pokemon's spawning near me... I can get items from all stops.
It also shows a lucky egg with 47 minutes time.
What's this? Am I banned.
I've been testing something out and it seems to be working. I set the settings for a bot to walk at 3.6km/hr and catch pokemon and go to stops in an 800m radius of an area thats highly populated with pokestops. the idea is that it would get exp slow and steady. It's been running for 3 days and it's still working. I'm also running it on a vpn of an IP address in the area. It gets about 4-5k exp per hour and I've just been letting it run. Its lvl 22 at the moment and i'm sure if i just leave it up and running for a while, it'll slowly get higher and higher. But yeah, it's working and hasn't gotten a softban or anything.
They are banning by device ID (probably IMEI?) and IP addresses. Don't waste your time. 1 star their shit app and flood their emails with spam and/or reports of legitimate players from social media. Anyone that states they have an account that hasn't been banned yet is either talking out of their ass or the next day they post it was banned.
I've tested resetting my mobile phone entirely and making a new account and sitting down at the park playing legitimately while using 4G with a new IP address - later on I was banned.

Lost the last of my botted accounts this morning. Ironically, the account is still on top a gym up the street.
All the botted accounts were different. Some were done fast, some slow, some teleported, some stayed local, one was barely botted to go from level 5 to 12 and did not have a Pokemon over 600 CP in the arsenal.
I am curious how long it will take the botting community to figure out the triggers. Right now, it is all speculation.
No, I botted on multiple accounts initially with multiple devices on different networks. All banned including friends that visited my place and hooked up to my WiFi/home network who were playing 100% legitimately and didn't even know about botting/cheating. Then reading forum posts got me thinking so I decided to factory reset one of my mobile phones and went down to the park and played Pokemon Go legitimately. It wasn't too long after I got home I was banned again which can't be possible unless Niantic have the IMEI of the device.
but why would the ban you if you played legit? even if you head botted acc. on you phone before...
Probably how their system is setup, it grabs device ID's and IP address and uses those to flag accounts along with fast levelling and consistently timed actions then applies a ban wave after X amount of hours. No human is dealing with the bans personally, human interaction only comes into the equation during the ban appeal. But by all means if you want to go waste your time playing Pokemon Go legitimately too on a device you used a botted account on previously then have at it, but don't be surprised when it's banned.
