There are reports of people who just sniped not getting banned though.

Anyway, there doesn't seem to be any strict criteria under which Niantic are banning accounts which is why I said before that it's either inefficient or taking a long time to get to the remaining accounts.

Have there been any NEW / Recent failed data "bans"? Within the last 24 hours? Or does this all seem to be from ~2 days ago?

I'm just wondering as it may help determine if they sent out a 1 time banhammer (assuming it's a ban, not here to debate that) or if it's a continuous and on-going search for violators. It would help save us some time in putting effort into other accounts if we may get another "ban" in a day or two.

I got mine around 20 hrs ago, after a few hours of sniping. I was only sniping 1 Pokemon every 5 minutes or so though, I didn't snipe aggressively or anything.

And about 24hrs before that (so 44 hours before from now) I got a catch flee ban, which was lifted in ~6hrs.

So has anyone be able to make more than 280 000 Xp a day without been banned ?

I got a bot in 24 hours to level 24, now it has the soft ban where pokemons flee but i can still walk eggs and spin pokestops for xp.
My advise is, only run a bot for max 10 hours a day and set the speed to 5km/h.

Im doing that now with a level 22 account. Its 3 days old and working fine.

Have not logged in a few days, logged into nox and i'm stuck at loading screen like the picture on page 1. Not saying anything just stuck. Even after a clean install and I cannot log in on my phone. Is this a perma ban? My dude is like level 28 or so with 150/151

To be fair i'd like to know as well only 1 of my accounts have hit that error which is expected. however i was going to just wait like a week or two see if it goes away if not, play legit with the other account which is strictly legit @ level 22

As of last night (approx 10hrs ago) 2 of my other working accounts have fallen and now getting the "Unable to retrieve data error!!!"
I guess their system is still banning... Since the banwave, I didn't not snipe or bot, I played legit on the phone so nothing should've triggered a new ban unless they were just catching up with backlog.

I got a couple of data bans last few days. Last one somewhere last 20hr. Was able to login on it yesterday...

I didn't really play. Only pokemon I was missing was Mr Mime, but really is this a perma ban? I mean I'm not butt hurt about it just curious. Nothing in my email says I was banned so I don't know if it's perma or not.

Botted of course =p
My main was mostly legit then botted at high levels. but that was the first to die.
