Now listen up folks, I also have this problem "failed to get game data from server" So I have been searching, searching and searching and building up a theory which is actually realistic.
First I tried to mix a bit my self. I reinstalled the app, made a new account and tried to use my old nickname (the one with the error), and it said it was taken. That means if my account was deleted, which it isn't I would've been able to take that time. Try it out yourself.

Anyway, here is my theory.
Many youtubers, bloggers etc says that this is a permanent ban. But then the error would been different, or what? I think that Pokemon GO is trying to catch the botters, so they give this error to "all" who they think has botted out of their logs, even several legit users get this to, and then they create a ban appeal forum so "BOTTERS" will appeal and say like "I have never botted etc". When they receive the report, they check if the person actual have botted or not, and if he is - in a few days the real botters get banned, and the innocent gets the error away.

This seems to be realistic right? Since none on this forum I assume haven't been able to bypass the error, people who says it is removed says it for attention.

Come on, give your opinions.

EDIT: People who say it is a permanent ban, just do it for get attention and scare people. People who say they removed the error, says it for attention. From my experience, forums can be easily created, shared and boom roumours are spread. There is no evidence, right? Pokemon GO haven't said any shit about this, so don't listen to the liars. Listen to the people who speak true.

Im using the pokemon go bot master, is Necrobot i think?

Botting several accounts one at a time no other issues then cannot find any pokenstops ect.
Made an account yesterday and placed the bot in central park, everything went perfect untill level 24.

Now all of a sudden i can loot pokestops but every pokemon flees. Changing IP does not help, im using a VPN.
Its been there for roughly an hour or 2.

This is not an IP softban but account related. Anyone know a fix or how long the softban takes?

tha's why i asked if in my configuration there's something wrong .... i get sofbanned maybe 2 times but i don't know why. I think the bot is catching and farming to fast

boting since the beginning of this mess, no ban of any type... Niantic are experts.... I doubt it

I have been botting for the past 3 days, no bans of any type, no problems, just shitty pokemon, I paused yesterday bc I had to restart the pc Attachment 36799

if you don't go ape on the settings you can get past their "detection"

also I don't think ingress playerbase is not comparable to ours, meaning our info will have to be recycled way sooner so I don't believe they will have the data to ban us days from now, let alone months

They won't but they will still have flags on our accounts. I'm now sure how they determining which accounts to ban from there but I do agree that starting sooner is better than later so account data gets wiped asap.

Hi guys - quick question.

So Im getting catchflee errors after botting for about 10 hours or so.

HOWEVER I am getting XP and pokeballs etc from pokestops as well as getting distance on my egg hatches?

Am I missing something here?

Can anyone shed light on this?

still don't tried with uman walking to false but i watch the bot and i think is catching and farming pokestops to fast. Tha's why i get sofban? (unbanned by itselves anyway)

yeah I would agree with you except the acc that I botted like a dog, came back hours later from what I think was a false positive on their part, I have been playing and botting locally on it. no problems of any type

You probably get soft banned when you change location all the time. Or it could be the botting. If you change location, bot and then by mistake enters Pokemon GO by your phone, your location will be changed and then you will get softbanned.

i enter in pokemon go app with gps location disabled. Of course the bot teleporting by itselves for sniping ....

I'm just wondering as it may help determine if they sent out a 1 time banhammer (assuming it's a ban, not here to debate that) or if it's a continuous and on-going search for violators. It would help save us some time in putting effort into other accounts if we may get another "ban" in a day or two.
