Hallo mates!
I didn´t get any email about I been banned. So All I´m saying is if you get the massage "failed to get game data from the noob server" so it´s not a 100% ban i could be x hours"days ban" I don´t know but my 4th account is back! and 5th is save for now. And I wish you all to get you account back brothers!

I wish too to get my accounts back hopefully only a temp ban.
Did you send any mail or appeal to niantic regarding your 4. account?

Just leaving my situation:

3 accounts:

Level 32 aggressively botted and caught during the first banwave with the pokestop soft ban, which lasted 12hours then everything went to normal. Since yesterday - "Data error", most probably perma-banned

Level 30 again agressively botted since 3-4 days ago, not caught with a soft-ban from the first banwave, afterwards started using more human-like config, still sniped however. It is still going strong, stopped botting since yesterday, only using NOX right now. Not banned, but expecting to be hit soon.

Level 26 botted from 18 to 26, however havent used any bot, nor logged much since 3 weeks ago - everything is normal there.

You won't get this error but you are unable to login

Just an FYI i logged into three other accounts i had made just for fun and tried changing the nickname i was able to make all 3 the same nickname so assuming your account was deleted due to being able to name a new account a supposed banned username is now debunked

I have an idea reading the duration of the ban:
In the past I recognized that the soft bans lasted from 1 min to max 2 hours depending on which distance you teleported.
Maybe the new ban (if it is one) is a bit harder but a temp ban too? Its duration depends on how many actions you did in a specific time.

Did you recognize similiar or additional things?
