I agree at least give us that courtesy (not much of one because if they terminate an acc they are obliged to give a reason why, even if it is "I ****ed your mother")

my lvl 30 that I created and played on since 6/7-2016 got banned, played it legit up till 27, then few days ago I started to bot him to 30, ended up getting the try Again later on pokestops, 15hours later the account worked Again, so I played legit on it Again and used abit of Nox. But yesterday evening(EU time) I got the message with the error to get login info. So i've been looking on these forums to see if my account was banned but no one knew. So i logged onto one of my PTC account and used the name change, and guess what. I renamed him to the name my lvl 30 had, and it worked, so apparently my lvl 30 account is 100% banned, since I could use the name Again.

Everyone just saying "ban wave" are plain wrong. It's not a wave, the antibot system is on and constantly banning people, as we can see by reports on this topic. It won't stop, it will be more effective in the long run. Just check other online games, like CS, WoW, Guild wars, etc. Bots came and assisted players, game developers created anti cheats to counter those cheats and banned players. New bots came and once again the developers built better tools to ban the cheaters till making a game almost flawless. That's how things will go with POGO also, at least if Niantic wants to stay ahead of the game.

4/5 ptc accounts permbanned, i can even register the same ptc username so they probably just delete the account completely

This game will die soon. How fun is it to catch pidgeys over and over again. Battling gyms is pointless.
The only fun thing about this game was botting.

Have 3 accounts:

• Main account:

2. used on Nox
3. Spoofed a little
4. [Currently active]

• Lvl 30:

1. Bought
2. No bot used
3. used nox
4. Spoofed a little
5. Failed to get game data from the server

• Lvl 31:

1. Bought
2. No bot used
3. Spoofed
4. [Currently active]

All three accounts are used daily and with no bot assistance, and were used in Nox at some point. I made it a focus to obtain the 2 accounts to get over the LVL restrictions of 30 to get uncapped CP pokemons. The lvl 30 account had a ridiculous amount of Snorlax and Dragonites and was practically my main. Aside from my playing habits, they were all consistent across the accounts. Will to update if possible if anything changes.

Also: no e-mails from Niantic either.

Friday i received the Flee-ban. Was able to login saturday morning again, played the acc from my phone Saturday and Sunday. Then Sunday night at around 10pm GMT+1 I couldnt login..

I've 3 other bots running as we speak. lvl 27+ and still not banned.. Waiting for it though!

Acct 2, Sniped 5-10, otherwise played legit active
acct3, mapping all over the planet, - active
acct4, bot to lv 34 only in HK, started sniping during ban wave, started to play legit now. takes 1 gym a day, active
acct5, bot to lv 38 in JP, still botting under extreme self-customized humanize setting. active. (will let you know if this ever dies)

legally speaking, any subscription based platform where micro transactions are available are bound by law to give a reason to terminate one's account, else they are incurring in a fraudulent act.
