    i guess its device ban, because i have 4 account lvl 35.
    3 of them i use on my device zenfone 2 and one of them never change device stay on NOX.

    3 account that i open on my phone got ban hammer, 1 still save on nox still can open till now

    IMO there is a heightened risk of botting above lvl 29....

    What most pisses me off is that there is no official word from Niantic. If it is a ban just lett it know. If it is not a ban let it know to.

    If it is a real ban than people will stop with botting spoofing and shit, fair players will be releaved that (cheaters) will be banned.
    If it is not a ban tell what the real problem is.

    By telling nothing you will just piss off all the players, and i don't think that will be good for the company.

    Maine all PTC acc got banned but not a google account

    PTC lvl 34 - banned
    PTC lvl 37 - banned
    PTC lvl 28 - banned
    Google 36 - still works fine

    go back to the automated email, and look at the right side before you open the mail, should have a tab "view ticket"
