If you have read the thread you will see that there's some new bans.

IP Ban - Can't see pokestops or Pokemons on map, usually goes away if you change your IP
Soft ban 1 - You can loot pokestops but can't catch pokemons, usually goes away from 12 to 24 hours but most of the times will end with a permanent ban after some time
Soft ban 2 - You can catch pokemons but can't loot pokestops, usually goes away from 12 to 24 hours but most of the times will end with a permanent ban after some time
Soft ban 3 - You can't catch pokemons or loot pokestops, usually it will go away if you spin a pokestop, exit pokestop and spin again, 40 times.
Permanent ban - You can't log ingame with the error Failed to get game data from the server.

Doesn't matter a flag is a flag and tomorrow or the day after you are going to get the full ban screen.

You are def softban for the moment, majority of the people have that same ban "catch flee". Now all you can do is wait and see if they lift it and you go back to normal or you will see later on a messege "failed to get server data" > for all we know that messege could be a possible perm ban though some people claim to have been working after couple days.

I was only banned today myself, everything worked fine for two days I could capture pokemon, battle gyms, spin pokestops. No sign of imminent deletion, what makes your 3 days the result of ingenuity and makes you thing you are safe for all the days to come. Just because you won't change your setting doesn't mean they won't.

going on 4 days now... still no probs

and I adjust every day.... you know.... the settings... don't talk without knowing what I do..... makes you look errr sad.....

Not fully accurate.
My botting account got banned. I used it on my phone as well, which bot my kids used for their own accounts at some point. Their accounts are just fine (never botted/sniped/any 3rd party apps)
Just sharing.

Interesting, so this may be device related.

Perhaps the real reason behind Unknwon6 is to change the request to include device, IMEI etc in order to link botting accounts to the same device and ban them all?

Ok, but I think you should probably read my post again. I said they are possibly linking botted accounts via device and banning them, so if you're kids didn't bot then there's a good chance they won't be banned despite getting flagged due to your account.

The guy's daughter who got banned is probably just one of the unlucky few who the server-side script that is reviewing accounts unfortunately mistook as a botter/spoofer. If he appeals and they actually bother to review her account (person rather than script) then she'll probably be unbanned. Tbh, it's probably worth appealing a ban just so a person goes over it and potentially makes a mistake and unbans you.

Guys one of my botted account level 27 just unlocked. i don't even select a team so i go to a gym to try battle and select a team and can battle. Also catch pokemon and turn pokestops. But my main account still gives me the same error "failed the game data.."

this error data on one of my account doesnt show on my phone instead gps not found but in nox it show up anyway its just one of my account

I changed to many ip and many accounts but I still got the error "No usable pokestop". Could it be any "device ban", "Mac address ban" or "Imei Ban" ??
