I went on PTC and tried to use my old name and it still says the name is taken, yet I'm banned. It's a random as hell name so it's not because someone picked it up instantly. I'm so confused

Well, in most games I've played.. the name doesn't get deleted in their database, it remains there as is even if it got banned.

I have 14 accounts

3 of them are banned - no data

They all botted/nox/snipe. 2 accounts got banned today (I stopped botting a few days ago), so it looks like accounts are flagged, and they are slowly getting around to banning them.
These accounts worked yesterday, and I did nothing with them since then, but got the error today when I logged in to check.
I expect the other 11 accounts to be banned over the next few days

Also doing a charge back on the $170AUD worth of pokecoins I bought - Fk you Niantic , gimme my money back!

Yeah I have a feeling that I was reported too. I was level 29 max dragonite and everyone in my area is like 25 at best with a flareon or something weak.

STOP TAKING GYMS!!

That's one of the algo they are using to get that stupid error which is ban. My main account (3400+ dragonite, 2800+ Snorlax and many others) worked find after the ban wave, I managed to play 1 more day and then I decided to attack few gyms, nothing happened till I decided to leave a 2200+ Exxegutor in a gym...1h later (max 1h, it might been like 5-10 min after) boom error msg and it's still on since then. And I was level 31 and I didn't added in the gym the best pokemon, so I doubt it was a report from someone!

I am sure this has something to do with the errors - at least for some of us.

Currently botting a new account, level 26, 17km/h speed, botting all day, closing night and going well, on 27-30 000 xp per hour which is ok. I don't do any sniping for now...

Its not about gyms i nevere attacked gym also i didnt use spinning pokemon, invested 50 euros in pokemon go lvl 34 walking speed 5 some time 10 and now 2 days cant login.

please try yourself by submitting an appeal with your other email address and a random nickname there. you will get the same replay even if the nickname does not exist nor the email address is associated with a pokemongo account.
