Yeah I have a feeling that I was reported too. I was level 29 max dragonite and everyone in my area is like 25 at best with a flareon or something weak.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't because I only used pokemon under 1500 in gyms close to a place where my best friend lived and the 5 gyms there are all the same as my team and lvl 10 with a lot of 1000 pokemons. When I first started there I was lvl 19 and well the pokemon I have there are really not that strong. Someone took down two of those gyms and 2 days later people lift up again a lvl 8 and 9 gyms. I took my place into those two with a Snorlax 2500 and a Dragonite 2300 lvl 31 when I did it.

That time I was botting, not before that. And I had way higher CP pokemon but those were enough to keep me there for a couple of days and I don't think they would report anyone from there because I wasn't at a stupid high lvl and and didn't use my strongest pokemon. Someone in those gyms even had stronger pokemons than mine and was a "low" lvl than 31.

Idk man, I'm still waiting on something here but just like I said, I accept the fact that I'm probably banned for good, just waiting to know how this shit it's gonna turn out.
I would consider someone reporting me if I took gyms down and the main city here, in the big city a lot of people have been botting and doing bad stuff. I didn't take down gyms with my account since I was lvl 25. I just looked for gyms lvl 7, 8... And trained til I got a spot for me. Even though sometimes in my own little city I would take down one gym close to my house, I didn't put any strong pokemon there, like Dragonites or Snorlax. Just some Slowbro or Vap, under 1500 anyway. And didn't do this a lot of times, 4 tops in two, three weeks, I think. It wasn't that fun because they were very week... Not botting I was 25.. Legit and I was the strongest player around my neighborhood haha #proud but instead of letting this healthy, god bored and tried the ****ing bot :')
Oh well.

It's been more than 48 hours now. Some people saying that maybe this is really not perm and probably we'll just have to wait a couple of days. Some other people got their acocunts back and yep, I'm still in gyms and my nickname it's not available yet. Can't be sure of anything, if this gonna be alright or not... Just hoping that will but prepared for the worse, ofc.

they prolly just hardened the soft ban and fixed the pokestop 40 time spin glitch. so a 48-72 hr lockout ban. i was soft banned and then i teleported back home to do the pokestop glitch. i was still soft banned for 12 hrs then i got hit with the lockout ban for teleporting.

i honestly feel like there would have never been a soft ban to begin with or i wouldve been locked out rather than being hit with a soft ban for 12 hrs.

idk i hope my accnts are ok because i like to use a private jet to get around at 400mph

It's crazy the amount of replies that have died in the last 12 hours, people finally realizing Pokemon servers aren't down for 2 days straight

I'm done with this game

The fact that the servers are not down NOW doesn't mean much... Because they were crashing down really agressively and when this happened I got caught up in the situation I my account supposedly it's stuck and I can't seem to get the data from the server because that bitch went down good and well we don't know if they're trying or not to get everything up ok for those who got stuck in the problem they had. They're dealing with a lot of things even though they're a shitty company. They're dealing with hackers attempting to attack their system, with botters yes, with legit player having the same problem as the botters with the can't login because of the data server problem, a lot is going on. New accounts won't be affected by the problem because the servers are fine just now. Some others accounts probably are under investigation, or we're all are. Some people got their accounts back after a hard couple of hours and everything seems to be alright.

Let's just wait guys, there's nothing we can do anyway...

That's great. So no, there's no solution for the problem. You have to wait and see what happens, Niantic hasn't said a word about the issue or messaged anybody with an official e-mail sayint that you are permanent banned but it sure looks like it. Well, even so, no one knows for sure. Just wait...

Hahaha nice jet! I do hope you get your account back but be careful botting though...
If I get mine back after this goddamn nightmare I won't bot again haha at least not in that account, that's for sure. It's my main account.

Even if we do get our banned accounts back they are already flagged and could be banned later down the line...

I think it's just better to start a new account and avoid acquiring flags by using human-like settings. We now know that catching over 1,000 Pokemon and looting over 2,000 pokestops are what trigger the catchflee and pokestop softbans, respectively. It's also possible that there's an exp cap as well so evenly spread out
