TIME THE PROBLEM ENDS = 01:00 AM. after botrun at 6km/h got a ban with nothing on the map, now running for about 6 hours

Woah you do sound just a little desperate as we are. If you want to believe you have been banned or we had like you, it's alright no one it's gonna try to convince you of the contrary and thank you for sharing your experience and opinion but keep it to yourself if you're gonna "rofl" at people who actually don't take all this as serious as you're taking. Everything looks like it may be a permanent ban but then again, other problems looked like it as well but this one is the worst for most of us because we just can't login and there a lot of little things we can say not to comfort ourselves but to see beyond what is seems to be.

Of course it could be permanent ban, I mean, we botted so why would they let it go after making us wait more than a day? Of course it could be but unless they're officially talking about this stuff we can't know for sure. What you are doing it's just the same as we are; you're assuming things. You're assuming with what you know and think it's right but in a negative way even though you think it's the most realistic way there is. Well, we're assuming things not only positivily but also with the info we gathered from other people too.

The main thing is: Niantic hasn't said a word about this issue and the server system did crack before all this happened and I strongly believe that my account just like many others that was online at the time, got stuck in the wave and they're trying to get things up again 100%.

But if I get ban, I get ban. But until I have a word from them I'm goona stick around and still think it's gonna be fine. Anyway, thanks for laughing at this shit, we really appreciate your support.

Out of all my TOS violation accounts the only one that has the Failed Game Data problem is one account which was running Necrobot w/ Sniping the night before the ban and while the ban was happening until necro crashed.

Clearly Botted Accounts are fine, even still camping some Gyms. No Soft Bans, Everything works normal.

Okey, I had "Failed to get game data from the server." for about 12-16 +/- hrs and now I'm able to login and play as usual. Im in EU.

Yeah it does from a company that has one of the most popular games globally right now. I'd expect them to make a post sooner or later at least.

They surely will at some point, Arthur. We're not half of the players in the world I'm almost certain of it, but they can't ignore the fact that are a lot of people botting. "Normal" botting and "Crazy ass shit" botting like 10 accounts all day and stuff like that. There are a lot of people who does it and yes it is wrong and they can except much from the people who did it since the game easily lost a lot of interest with the new updates and everything...

They can't ignore this or us so it most likely they will post something about it eventually if those are really permanent bans and if they didn't so far after almost 2 days, I like to believe sooner or later this will be over and they will post something about the server crash. If not, just get our accounts back. Not even planning botting my main account again... I hate this. Anyway, deserved or not, we know all about it. The only thing we don't know is if this falied data server is something permanent or not.

Waiting is the only answer right now... Not laughing at other people's problems or opinions and starting wars against each other. We're here to try to focus on the problem and share some more info and everything... If you guys wanna troll and be such *******s pls do it somewhere else man, it's not funny anymore. I'm not pussy hurt as someone said before, it's just really messed up, that's all.

Mine was made from iOS app, and got catchflee ban line 36hr ago, login data error started 20hr ago. Still cant login on that account.

No, guys it is not a serverside error or any connection error, it sucks.. I am frustrated and feel bad to say that, but it's what it is. This is a temporary restriction before the permaban announcement comes out.

The same here. The only thing that was giving me hope that it is not a permaban is that the errors appeared one after another and that there are people who don't really bot for almost 14 days and get the same errors.
