Ok I dont get this crap.... I have 5 heavly botted accounts with tons of sniping manual and automatic with a FLEET of pokemon that has people in my city so mad and reporting me daily (because I own about 20 level 5 gyms lol). Every single account is fine and still botting. So today I log into my original main that was not used forever and bam cannot get server data I mean its been like 2 weeks since login I leveled legit to 26 and used a bot for a short peroid in my town to hit 27 2 weeks ago. The main account I actually spent a bit of money on too like 140 bucks (yea I know crazy lol). My botting accounts are all minimum level 35. My main barely botted with conservative bots banned... Unreal

propblem is alotof normal players are not affected by this BECASUE THEY WERE OFFLINE WHEN SERVER CRASH HAPPEND, and THEYR ON THEYR OWN CONTINENT
bot users suffer mostly becasue we all have bots runnign in the moment of server crash and most of us run true few server in the midle becasue were connect ot other side of earth servers.basically if ur in poland and run in central park usa ur connected to POLAND server with transfer you to USA server .its clear?
server crashed data got corupted its why we got catchflee and pokestop error BECAUSE AUTO SCRIPT kick in that prevent further data coruption they dotn have server baclkups like most pc mmos so they cannot rollback pokemon catch is one system the pokestops is diferent system and the gyms are diferent system its WHY some ppl can catch pokeomns and cannot use gyms or pokstops and some can use pokestops and gyms and cannot catch pokemonst and some can use gyms but cannot catch pokemons or use pokestops . this was not random this was due of specifik data coruption on one 2 or 3 subsections . ppl who got total data error have CORRUPTED acc. they will be back onceniantic make rollback of non corupted data
only sad thing is necro bot crew get sceary ebcause some ppl get letters from niantic( tbh writing bot is not against the law ) and stop develop it . even blizzard cannot take down bots developers so why they think this pokemon company can lol i: if they can do shiet against ppl who write bots thay also can shutdown logitech because theyr software is exacly same as bot
(logitech gaming software) its technically an bot . if the judge says that writing bot is bad its also kick in the companys making any gaming software mouses keyboards etc etc etc BECAUSE THEY ARE USING SCRIPTS TO AUTOMATE THINGS . easly like that

Well, i got 1 account that may be in "perm ban" and the other is in catch flee ban. Both of it are now 21 lv, and i don't know that will the catch flee ban will be unbanned after few hours? coz i dun wanna to create account more. I got two and dat enough, 1 left me, the next 1 is already in catch flee ban

Been using Necro for 16 hours straight 30k exp hour not even seen a catch flee looks like it's to do with how far you walk my brother using the same as me he has been using it 14 hours straight no catch flee

@ people who claim, accounts are perma banned, if you can create a new account with the same name.

There is currently an issue, where Niantic resets accounts. One of my lvl35 accounts, which I both played legit & botted, got reset. I.e. I logged in, it was lvl 1, I had to do the tutorial again, catch new starter & select a new name.
The account still had the previous XP & pokemon, after finishing the tutorial, but the personal information was lost.

How much time since you got your account back? And you were having the data issue as well?
Well those are not bad news at all if after completing the tutorial you had your info back

True. I have my main account in this situation and I've been playing with it since day one and the game wasn't even realesed here when I started to play and got a high level all by myself. Then I botted a little for a few days when bored.
Yeah maybe it's really just a major server issue...

I got that data error or whatever is called yesterday when i tryed to log on phone. I waited and I could play last night . Loged on bot during night and now i have flee ban. I loged my second acount while my main has flee ban and il keep switch them. Seems nothing is perma ban or atleast didnt happend to me yet

What if niantic currently on repair every character "failed to get data from server" and we just need to wait until the next update of the pokemon go for able to login again ? #takemyhope #positivethinking

Failed to get data is almost certainly a Perma Ban. Get over it.

I am still getting the "unable to retrieve data" error

I am in Belfast, Northern Ireland. At the time of the ban/server meltdown I was running NinjaBot in Malibu

The account had been set up through PTC about 48hrs beforehand and I had solely used it as a Bot account

My walking speed was between 3-9m/s. I had not sniped with the account. I had some autdrop features enabled. Nil else.

I think I've received a permanent ban as a result. I have no confirmation of this however.

I've started a new account and am mixing some local botting along with real life movement/catches/gym action. More out of interest to see what happens.
