    I know it is an IP-ban and not server issues because if I spoof my MAC-address and receive a new IP it works again for either x time or y Pokéstops before the loot soft ban is triggered (bot attempts to spin) and thereafter a new IP-ban on the new address.

    got 2 accounts.
    one, not used with bot, 3 days. no problems. i can catch pokemon and all the other things. (PTC Account)
    second, used all the time + over this night, i cant use pokestops (Google Account)
    I live in germany.

    Yeah. It's kind of annoying that Niantic don't make anything clear and rarely make official posts. Disconnection in communication with your audience is very unprofessional.

    idk why....

    using same ip login into my friend acc...failed to get data from server
    but can login into my acc..can see gym and poke stop

    I can log-in , when i use snipe it says pokemon arent awalible, when iam trying to quicksoft unban it says u arent banned ... wow

    I'm with you. We just have to wait and see. There's a lot going on and we will only be able to know things for sure in time... So guys I know it's hard (even though not as hard as this bitch ban) but we gotta get our shit together and be patient. Some people still botting hard af and they're ok, some others being claiming they had their accounts banned, some other people with legit accounts are saying they got the same message all over the world. Europe, US and so on. It's pretty messed but there's nothing else we can do besides wait. Everytime I refresh this post I read something new and get a little mad but that's on me because I knew this could happen at some point, right? But then again, we don't know for sure.

    I like to be updated as well and know wtf is going on too but right now I think the best thing to do is just wait. I have 4 accounts and only one got that message. It was the one I let running the bot over night... This morning I woke up and tried to enter the game by my phone and it was alright for at least 10m then crashed and when I tried to login again I got the message like 4 to 5 hours ago.

    I'm guessing tomorrow it will be alright. If not later on today or never idk, we don't know right? Let's get us some beer and chill out for a second, shall we? Amen kids

    Exact same thing happened here. Don't know what triggered the softban in the first place tho, as it was just walking around my neighborhood at 3km/h for like 30 mins. One bot, no sniping, no high speed.

    For me I can't see anycontent if I use the IP I've been botting and sniping on but if I turn off wifi on my phone and login it's all fine so looks to me like IP ban, for how long I'm not sure. Only started an hour ago for me.

    So um what can you do to fix the ip ban (can't see any pokestops and pokemons) ? I've tried VPN but as soon as I get back to my IP I got banned again
