my main also incounter this problem, but i have other account with no name, lvl36, when i try to log-in in that account and made a name, i did try to use the name of my main account but it seems i cant use it (it says already in used) so its safe to say our data is still in game i stopped botting my account when it reach lvl35 a few days ago and just snipping rare pokemon, but my other account non-stop botting, but still my main is the one that receive this ban, mybe its more related to snipping pokemon.

Can confirm my soft ban (Pokestops working, pokemon automatically fleeing tried 10+ in a row) has been removed after 28 hours.
Successfully captured a Pokemon using Pokemon Go on iOS.
Attempted to Capture 3 hours after, and it did not work. Stayed logged out from the 3 hour mark to the 28 hour mark.

Currently botting at 4 KM/H using Necrobot with no issues, all snipe features are turned off.

Im using Necrobot 7.6 - 8.5, pokebotNinja, Pokecrot.. just 10-30 minutes getting ip banned since yesterday.
- just using 1 ID for bot.
- Use hotshield for the IP.
- set all bot walking speed 5 - 15 Km/h.
- Exp/hour 7000 - 20.000.
then I decided to turn off the bot because it did not work before i go to sleep. and now my ip getting banned 10 hours already.
if i open my account id using my phone and not connect to my wifi.. its all work.

It's not a ban wave, the accounts have been deleted. If you're able to name a new trainer with your old trainer's name it's because you don't have pokemon in gym(s). If you're not able to it's because you do have pokemon in gym(s) on that account. Once all gym(s) have been taken over you'll be able to name a new trainer with your old trainer's name.

2 accounts RIP; 1 account (botted) still alive... I guess their algorithm hasn't caught all botted accounts

Can confirm that this is not the case. 1 account has this error. But i cant use name for a new account. The (soft)banned account had no pokemon in gyms.

I got lv32 main account but pokestop were all blacked out. I'm just worried about i am getting permanent softban. It is totally useless to catch pokemon and battle at gym without resources.

I got softbanned then after a few tries of unbanning at some Pokestops, suddenly I can't detect any "usable Pokestops" to unban.
Anyone got a similar situation as mine?
