Some background and conclusions from my part in regards to the different soft bans:
- Past few days I have botted on one account per IP-address do avoid soft bans
- A few minutes ago I started observing some accounts having all Pokémon flee on attempting to catch but still obtaining experience from Pokéstops, an issue that has been widely reported since yesterday. Let's call if the "Flee-ban" softban for now in comparison to the "IP-ban" softban we have observed earlier.
- I then tried to login with a different user on the same IP that had received the new type of soft ban to see if the new ban was bound to my IP-address or to the account. A new account had no problems catching Pokémon.
Therefore we can conclude the following:
- There are currently three types of soft bans:
- IP-ban which is based on activity/users connected per IP-address
- Flee-ban which is based on user account
- The original looting failed ban, i.e. logging in using coordinates too far between
Now to continue, on the first account that I received the new flee-ban on I had roughly these settings:
- WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour: 25 km/h
- DisableHumanWalking: False
As well as settings to catch every Pokémon which has yielded me higher exp/hour than anything else since sniping has been down.On the second account I started and has yet to receive the flee-ban on I have been using 5 km/h as the default WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour.
Now this leads me to believe that the new flee-ban is connected to the feature introduced last patch relating to driving or at the very least movement speed. In the app you will receive a notice if you are moving too fast that you have to accept. They might have introduced that at first, then a few days later turned on a feature which disables Pokémon catching unless you verify that you are a passenger/not driving.
It is just a theory for now but it would be nice if people observing the new flee-ban could do similar tests comparing 5 km/h with 15 km/h and above.

I were using bot when I slept last night and when I woke up, I found all my pokemons gone. Anyone get the same issue?

, tried about 45 mins ago and getting that error message, "cant get data from server", but once i log in on my phone, everything works great, so whatever it is, has something to do with the servers,
i have 1 bot currently running with no issues at all, been running for about an hour now, just have to wait until the issue has been fixed.
P.s, I have 10 accounts, 2 are main, rest are alts, and i get that error message only on nox with all accounts, complete different story on my mobile phone.
FYI I noticed on Nox that Pokestops are just a black background. There is no photo which could mean that they are changing how Pokestops work or connecting it to the new tracking system (see San Francisco right now).

That is pretty interesting. Could be that they are adding more server farms/merging servers/etc. Remember the login issues on iOS after the last two updates?

It's kinda the thoughts that I have right now, as there's that new YOU NO PLAY POGO UNLESS YOU R A PASSANGER AND YOU HAVE CONFIRMED IT BY TAPPING ON THE BUTTON WE PROVIDED feature by Niantic!! This could affect that bots (which using another way of communicating thru Niantic's API) still manage to get in the game while PoGo Apps version is trying at its utmost to tell everyone to not playing right now because the server is just fugged up atm.
and as currently Niantic's server's just no good at all, that is for sure, no one's getting banned.
this could also relate to errors that mostly happening with old accounts as the new ones aren't yet filtered (not flagged) by Niantic's server, because i think, even as we speak, there's someone.in some place right now making his/her new GOOGLE/PTC id to play pogo.
5 km/ph? i think i might give it a try. Thanks man.

A lot of people are saying the issue have been resolved, but I'm still going to take a break from sniping/botting tonight. Too many red flags.

I highly doubt that this is a "server" issue and definitely some new form of ban (possibly targeting Google accounts atm?). Whether it's temporary or permanent is anyone's guess. I can't load the game data up on my main Google account from any devices, IP addresses, etc. The only bright side is that my "username" is still "taken" when I try to change it to it on my alternative Google accounts. Hopefully time will set things straight and, Niantic, I promise to stop botting from here on out!!
*cough*b/c already level 36 with 10+ perfect full Dragonites, Snorlax, Lapras *cough*
