Its a new type of soft-ban or just server issues because US servers are down to critical levels.. stop scaring others shitless

Its not a server issue...I can log in to the game with a fresh dummy account from the same computer the same IP everything but I cant log in with my "failed to get server data account"....it is not server issues it is a ban wave other wise I would get the same "cant get game data error" with the dummy account.

Can't sleep because of this, been using necrobot the past 3 days on and off. Used pogo today for the first time and sniped up a bunch of good stuff. I Also use pokego ++ on iOS. Leveled all the way to 20 without these tools. now I'm 29 and I cannot login on iOS but I can get into necrobot but it cannot override the soft ban like it has in the past

I just started today, got the new soft ban (5 hours ago) where im unable to catch pokemons or get exp from pokestop. I logged into the game from my phone (5 hours after the soft ban) and im able to catch pokemons but spinning pokestops are still saying "try again later".

Server is down, newly registered accounts won't be assigned to that server. Those accounts assigned to those downed server unable to retrieve game data. Speculation still~

failed to get data from server is just server issue. Never botted account cannot login as well

after all the search,i believe there are 3 new ban are implemented:
1. Catch flee ban (can loot pokestop but every pokemon are flee from us)
2. Pokestop ban (can catch pokemon but can't loot pokestop)
3. ID delete ban (account cannot login and data had been deleted in the server)

I'm using Necrobot with sniping, running 2 google account simultaneously with different ip, one of it place in vmware, 60km/h walking speed and one of it getting Catch flee ban and another one is fine.
After 3 hours,my banned account is haven't unban. Im stop botting after my account get banned, so i hope anyone could find out what causing the ban and is it unbanable.

I have 5 accounts attacking gyms. Only 1 got the failed data error. All 5 was doing the exact same thing when it happened.

They're probably temporarily blocking accounts that are suspected of cheating. After further investigation they'll either let you go or hand you your official ban.
