Had a slow 5 m/s PokekBotNinja running over night. After 11h runtime & roughly 1500 pokestops (1400 from this runtime + a few from 1h runtime earlier yesterday), it now gives ban.
Can catch pokemon, but cant loot pokestops.

So I think there's a limit to pokestops you can farm per 24h.

Only 1500 Pokestops/day.

Afterwards they just give 0 XP.

Anyone have more data on this to verfiy?

I wanted to update everyone. It's been 24 hours since I was greeted with the no data on the server message upon trying to log in. I have not received an email to inform me of anything, and especially not about a permanent closure of account.

I want to clear up a few things considering how derailed this thread has went.

Remember that no one in in this thread have any knowledge of what's going still. No official word of Niantic as of this post.
People saying that if you don't appeal in a certain time frame, you can no longer appeal is full of shit. How can we respond in a certain time frame if we have not been notified of an account closure?
All emails besides the automated message people receive after trying to appeal are fake.
Why would you appeal for a ban that may not exist? You're just snitching on yourself.

Can it just be a Niantic troll? Yes. Can it be a permanent ban? Yes. Can it be absolutely nothing? Yes.

Relax, and see what happens in the next 24 hours. That's all we can do for now. Hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst.

Edit: What I personally think is happening is that people with this issue are online for investigation. Once that is through, you will be given the verdict. For sure, these accounts are flagged and awaiting processing of some kind.

Edit 2: some people are also saying that your data has been deleted. Not true. I have created a dummy account to check if my name was taken or available, it says the name is not available. Relax, your data has not been deleted.

so since yesterday morning:
first account : 12 hours of pokestop "try again later-error", and after that 12 hours and still counting "failed to get data from server"

second account straight 24 hours of "failed to get data from server"

third account botted AF still works normally, didint botted since this all sh*t started

I think are targeting accounts with high amounts of exp or levels, low level accounts (below 30) is still running.

So they might be clearing the high level accounts first, flagging them causing the "failed to get data from server", probably take some time to check and verify the legitimacy of the account.
Logging in has been impossible as both Google and PTC was able to a few hours back, even after resting a day or so, I too get the "failed to get data from server" error just recently.

Well, I guess better start making backups then.

For the first time I get try again later error, and now the data error I wanna appeal to niantic but I think they will ban me permanently for bot abuse

For some reason all my level 27/8 accounts are experiencing the "hardban" and those accounts haven't been botted on in a few days where as my lvl 30 ones that botted yesterday are totally fine even though their proxy IP's were banned. I thought that was a bit weird, but those accounts were purchased from different sources so whatever settings they used on the 27/8 accounts flagged them more than these level 30's.

From US, Botted 3 accounts within the past 48 hours, 2x google and 1x PTC account. Both google accounts only banned from pokestops almost 24 hours ago but both now fully working after waiting almost 24 hours, both google accounts with all pokemon caught and lvl 30+ with high CP pokes. PTC account still unable to login.

Just wait a couple days, then we start making appels in their website.
I think its a server issue. I can be wrong. But When I started to botting I was already expecting it.
4 of my 5 accounts are OK. The only one who get banned was my GF account she was 33 ( She was not using bot for almost a whole week, since the API changed. )
All me others accounts 33, 34, 36 and 29 ARE fine.
Besides all my 33/34 and 36 are fighting gyms.
Who understand how niantic thinks anyway?

"failed data" is banned permanent.. cause i visit page facebook official pokemon go.. No One report if they got "failed data too" .. they play dont use BOT or something like that
