Look at the last sentence though, I didn't receive that when I put in my appeal? "Please consider account permanently terminated if no response"...

Yes. Still an automated message that has been posted. Here's some food for thought, why are people requesting appeals if no one has received a notice of account termination? Why would you even red flag yourself like that?

Not 'red flagging' yourself. People are putting in appeals because they're worried about their accounts and are looking for some sort of communication.

Yeah, but at the same time, they're sending their accounts for Niantic to check if they've been hacking or not.

Had a slow 5 m/s PokekBotNinja running over night. After 11h runtime & roughly 1500 pokestops (1400 from this runtime + a few from 1h runtime earlier yesterday), it now gives ban.
Can catch pokemon, but cant loot pokestops.
So I think there's a limit to pokestops you can farm per 24h.
Only 1500 Pokestops/day.
Afterwards they just give 0 XP.
Anyone have more data on this to verfiy?

I guess but I don't care if I get banned, I just want to know what's going on.

Then sending an appeal through their ban service may not be the smartest move. They have their regular support ticket system. Putting in appeal for a ban is not smart when no one has recieved such notice. A more logical step would just to to ask through their regular game support staff and not their ban appeal system.

Yeah, you can even put a fake nickname/legit account nickname too. They're going to give you the same answer regardless, might as well not use your botted account's nickname.
