Not as far as I'm aware, been checking my mail every 6 hour or so but nothing yet.

Can confirm botting account has the "Failed to get data from the server" message. It's been more than 24hrs too. No email received of any kind.

I tried to read all the terms of service rules they have wrote and struggled to find that account sharing is illigal ? can someone confirm on that ? else i might have a awzome ban appeal to pass around .. sorry for my english

Not sure if this is usefull information or not, but my other account that I was spoofing with an iphone app have not been banned, tho I stopped using the app when they uppdated the app so haven't used it in over 2 weeks.

I am also banned. Last time I botted was Tuesday night at 9PM. I botted at a spot just 15 minutes away from my house so it wasn't anything crazy like in Japan one hour, in the USA the next. I also had my bot running at 50km/h which isn't too unrealistic if you're going around in a car or maybe a bike, but it's super unrealistic for walking/running. I also had my bot running for extremely long periods of time. I think at one point I had it going for 12 hours.

Don't care too much about being banned. Just thought I'd share this information with you guys in case it might help someone. Going to try making a new account later to see if it'll work.

By "ban" you mean you're getting the "failed to retrieve game data" error message when trying to log on phone?

I have also thought about that but it will only get you so far and only waste their time.
It's true I can't find anything about it in their ToS but they would only check if you logged in on another device when you sniped over the entire continent if you where to claim that you logged off and another friend in Japan logged in to your account.
