Would be great if people made some new accounts and tried to do some sniping to gather more data when it gets you banned.

I was sniping for 8 hours with 15km/h and everything was fine. Then I increased the walking speed to 60 and soon got soft and then log in banned.

How it is with sniping only, I can't tell.

Do you understand what an Arbitration Notice is? If they close your account they will send you a notice to give you the right to dispute said issue. In the United States, any time an account that can hold monetary value (in this case paid items in the form of pokecoins to buy said items) must be accompanied by a notice of some kind with the account closure.

Let's say you spent $100 and they close your account soon after. You're just going to close a customers account right after they spent money on it with out notifying them? Great way to get sued. That's called Fraud. Illegal in the unites states. How to negate this? tell them exactly what caused the account closure to not get sued.

I am botting since yesterday at a speed of 100kmh since 2 h ago, no ban, not even soft. I am NOT sniping on this acc. I think the problem is the sniping

Hello,

After reading this forum for the last 6 hours, i thought i just share my side of the story:

After playing Pokemon Go from the start and leveling up pretty solid to 23 legit, i was losing interest in the game
because it was becoming some sort of grind since i already had 130 pokemons by then (With the use of PokeVision, wich made it a hole lot easier).
Then a friend came along and told me about nox. I started using it right away and was hanging out at Santa Monica pier.
Obviously this helped me getting to 143 pokemons including Tauros (I'm from The Netherlands). After about 6 days of using Nox player the same friend came with Necrobot. We both tried it with default settings just to check it out, and it worked. Later we only changed the WalkingspeedinKilometres from 5.0 to 15.0. I had the Necrobot running all night wich worked perfectly and rebooted Necrobot before going to work. When i came back i had the infamous message!

I wasnt a big gym taker. Took a couple gyms on a legit way with my 2.7k CP dragonite, wich was way before the API change. Took 3 gyms in my home town 4/5 days ago with Nox. (Only had 3 dragonites wich werent even perfect.)
I never used Poke Snipe or any sort of pokemon go sniper app.
I Never messed with the config except for the Walkingspeed. (changing it from 5.0 to 15.0)
I only used Skilagged.com/pokemon to locate and catch snorlax/Dragonite/Lapras. (moving manually to the pokemons and catch them).

I think it has been close to 2 days now since the message and i'm still not able to log in and getting the message.

A little update, 2 friends of mine;

1 have botted from LVL 1 since he was not into the going around town and catching pokemons on a legit was. He got the soft ban at first 24 hours ago and it changed to the 'failed to get game date from server' error.

2 (the one who introduced me to Nox and Necrobot) Have played legit on his main from LVL 1 to 24. Started using Nox and Necrobot at the same time as myself. I recieved the error and he got the catchflee soft ban. After 24 hours it has changed to the error message. Same playing style as myself. Same config so nothing extreme.

Does not matter, what counts is where the HQ is, so even if you are not american the same laws apply

Everyone used pokeadvisor.com and its 3th party app. So, Niantic will perma anyone? in my opinion its not perma ban, maybe 7days or more but not perma. I think, its One-week ban
