i got this "failed to get game data from the server" error and i immediately checked my email but i didn't get any mails coming from niantic. until now i am waiting for their message. i am botting my other account right now and it works fine. hopefully i can retain my other account, i have a perfect eevee there >.<.

Everyone used pokeadvisor.com and its 3th party app. So, Niantic will perma anyone? in my opinion its not perma ban, maybe 7days or more but not perma. I think, its One-week ban

with 100% certainty? I can't guarantee you that, but there are people asking for refunds, you can google how, there are far better explanations out there than I can provide

No, from my understanding if they can prove that you where using third party service they don't have to give the money back.

It's Google/Apple that processes the refunds. They don't know that you're using a third party service. Tell them that you are having problems and that contacting Niantic did nothing.

I created three account, botted from lv one.

- Level 37, got server error. Several soft bann & gym fight, pokesnip & nox (banned since friday morning)

- Level 33, Stills work, same shit Made. Not banned

- Level 30, got error, never softbann, never bot, only pokevision + nox

no we didn't ****ed because sniping because I never sniped, I dont even know how to snipe, I spent 70 bucks on my account and I was playing legit on my 23 level account, untill I recently saw all my friends using bots and spoofing gps without getting banned or anything so I decided to started using necrobot in 10th of august I reached level 28 with bot and I got banned just 2 hours ago I only have one account though. I was getting 9k per hour without any special config.
