Anyone know the average response time by support after a ticket gets submitted?

Recently, I had been "Catch-Flee" soft-banned and while many were speculating that it would be permanent, in my case it wasn't. I got unbanned after about 6 hours and was then immediately able to catch Pokemon once again. I didn't let the new soft-bans discourage me, so I took to adjusting my configs and began botting again for 8+ hours with a human-like configuration using PokeMoBot. I have been running 12 bots successfully all day "08/13/2016", with proxies of course, for more than 10+ hours. I took a break from botting on my main account about at mid-day and decided to log into NOX and take some gyms for fun. After taking several gyms, I logged off of NOX. As soon as I try to log back into my account, I get the notorious "Failed to get game data from the server.". In my experience, I believe Niantic has implemented several new methods to identify location spoofers like NOX. I highly recommend that you stay away from using NOX until more factual information becomes available to us about how they're detecting bot users at the moment. Meanwhile, my other bots are running smoothly and haven't received any bans yet. Our best bet at this time is to bot safely using one of the many human-like configurations that are found on the forums. Good luck and safe botting!

My lvl 39 google account with 2 max iv dragonite 3450cp, got data issues
My side 36 ptc account without dragonite, highest cp 2970 snorlax, didn't got data issues
Both botted with same config..
Does it make any sense?

The logging process bar will get stuck and after a short while it says "Cannot connect to server" then enable data/wifi and hit retry
You will get pass "Failed to get data from the server" messageand log in as usual.
You're not banned. I REPEAT you're not banned. Your account just got locked on a bad server. This trick will let you out
You're welcome
Which trick ?

I talked to a friend who knows a guy who's brother works for Niantic, and he said, "He ain't sayin' nothin'!"
So, my theory is, "Nobody here knows whether or not there has been a permaban!"
It could be a one week ban. It could be a 6 month ban. It could be a 6 month ban from the last time you try to log in to Pokemon Go with that account. NOBODY KNOWS but Niantic and they are not telling.

I was able to do the trick he's talking about, but no it still says Failed to get game data. After clicking Retry from failed to connect to server. :P
And the guy who isnt saying anything, probably doesnt know anything. It's kinda obvious servers are online now, and I never had this issue before unless they were offline for masses. It's an obvious ban.

Prove me wrong, krxstal. Have you heard anything from Niantic about these accounts? They refuse to discuss the matter.

im just saying your post is not worth the strokes you made on your keyboard based on that first sentence.
nobody heard anything, niantic is neither releasing official statements for good reasons (being they dont want it to be public too much that their game is basicly botted by a lot of ppl or whatever you might think of from a dev point of view: their so called "anti cheat" is dogshit) or are they saying anything else about difficulties. clearly some "legit" players are affected aswell but i cant comment on that because i only read that in other posts - i dont know any1 who plays this shitgame legit cause its impossible if you have all gyms near you with level 28++ players and 2800cp dragonites and above. so basicly they would need to ban all of these accounts because its highly unlikely to be legit at this level of play if you have a little of life left and dont walk 500km across the world every day.
i'd understand why they dont say shit, they dont want bad press. think about the headline "50% of pokemon go players banned for location spoofing and botting, 80% of gyms open to take"
