So for now, in my opinion, the safe play is like this (before we figure out this new type of ban / server issue) :

1.Using Necro (with lower speed / lower exp per hour / not teleporting) instead of Haxton (higher speed / higher exp / teleport / higher chance of ban)
2.Only using 1 bot per 1 IP address (I don't get why people still multi-botting at the moment, I don't even wanna do that)
3.Set the config as real as possible, I mean set the walking speed not too high, disable teleporting, or keep the exp / hour under 100k

By that, anybody saving the old 8787's config which only catch & evolve Pidgey-Zubat-Rattata-Weedle-Caterpie?

I have 3 bots running on Necrobot right now, on one machine, on same IP non VPN for the past few hours. all ok soft ban several times but managed to bypassed automatically.

Are there any confirmed reports of clean PoGo accounts that never used a bot also seeing the "failed to get data from server" message?

That seems like an easy way to figure out if they are targeting bot users or if this is a server error.

Can confirm PokeMobBot has given me this error over night.

I've received this new type of ban on one of my two Botted accounts as of 15 mins ago.
PokeMobBot will read and acquire Pokestop XPs but every Pokemon it comes across Flees.
