I found a guy who's probably a seller as he lied to me about information on how to make a payment secure. I said I would only accept the payment if he opens a dispute then closes it directly. He told me you can only close a dispute after 2 weeks, which was bullshit.

Otherwise he would have probably sent me the money and then issued a reversal. His ownedcore name is feltshbp.
