Just need a small bit of help to perfect my scam

I nearly have all of my scam perfected.
There is just one small problem.
My paypal accounts get limited, not all the time, but sometimes.
I was using Hotspot Shield before. And some proxies seemed to be unsuspicious and others got the account limited straight away.

I want to know what I can do to make sure I have a good proxy.

Also a lot of places only taked verified paypal. I was wondering if there is a cheap (~$10) way of verifying paypal so I can open up my purchase options.

I remember seeing a guide on how to get an easy verified paypal (might not have been this site though)

If your looking for a good proxy, I usually use Hide IP Platnium. Great program, if you want it just search for it on warez-bb.

Can you confirm that Hide IP Platnium will only give me unsuspicious proxies and none that will get the paypal account limited?

HIPP can change your IP to pretty much anything. Ive changed mine from china-india-Holland-Africa-Canada.

I've never made a paypal with it, but since it will keep your IP the same until you turn it off it should work like a charm =)

The best I could find for a way to verify paypal accounts was with a VCC (Virtual Credit Card).
I was under the impression that you needed a bank account to verify paypal anyway.
Is this incorrect?

You need a credit card, and since the virtual credit card IS a credit card, you can verify it with that.

tor isn't a fast proxy, it's as slow as a turtle without legs.
