    there cannot be pokestop amopunt ban BECAUSE U CAN EASLY MAKE MORE THAN 1 k pokestop spin IF UR GOT 4 pokestops near each other liek under PKiN in warsaw without cheat , also u can make huge amounts of k/h USING BIKE to be safe i run 20k/h bot

    @ all the people who file Ban Appeals.

    The email you receive is automated. There is no check of your account.

    I've even sent an appeal from an email, that has no pokemon go account, entered a Nickname, that is unused. Still Niantic sends me that email, that my account is banned. My nonexistent account is to be considered banned!


    TLDR:
    The response from Ban Appeal means absolutely nothing.

    I'ts very funny If i try to log in using PokemonGO I get the massage :
    Unable to connect server issues blabla..
    If I run the bot it works and its catching Pokemons no problem.
    ahhaha

    ^ This. I'm so f**king sick of Niantic and their bullshit communications. If they perma banned users getting the "failed to retrieve game data" error, then say so! Why keep us hanging in the dark with some ambiguous message which could mean server issues?

    I've not seen or played a single mmorpg that gives such a vague message for being permanently banned. This is absolutely ridiculous. Shit company.

    Congratulations, that's not even a real problem since you can actually login in the game. The main problem right in case you didn't notice still is the message from the servers saying the data failed. We're struggling with that, with waiting and having no response whatsoever from Niantic and everybody around here seems to began to accept they're been banned for good. Others seems to be a little more serious about it and keep waiting like me. So it's no use saying to stop posting this bullshit about ****ing catchflee or pokespot softban you're all gonna still post that like it was the worst thing that have ever happened to your game, nice.

    Now try can't getting in the game and having no ****ing idea what is gonna happen inspite the fact that everybody is afirming somehow you got really banned and you gonna seem like a hopeful idiot because you're still waiting it's just a problem from the servers and your account got stuck so everything will be fine.

    Hmm... Little more complex than a pokestop or catchflee damn softban, in my opinion.
    Sorry for coming off too strong but a little sick already.
