So what? You received an automated reply, that is being send to every single person, who submits an appeal. They didn't even check your account.

And they will never check my account
or other's accounts.
Just stop waiting! Noone who got failed msg got thier accounts back. It's over. Even if I would like to still have my main account back, I will not get it.

Guys i had two accounts both lvl 36 got the "pokemon catch flee" ban yesterday. I did nothing than wait. Today one of my acounts its like perma ban "cant connect to game data" or something like this and the other one works perfect!!!
WTF they perma ban one account and they ignore the other? Both accpunts were lvl 36 with haxton super fast settings.
The only difference the one that got banned maybe had received some reports cause i had couple dragonites in gyms.

cannot use pokestops cannot catch pokemons can use gyms . the problem was LIKE I TOLD IN 4 POSTS : server ddos atack because my problems start exacly when servers in europe crash , and last aboute 2 hours after they go up.
they cannot ban u for using to much pokestops
i have near my home 4 pokestops in range of 10 meters all of them are ALWAYS lured because 100+ ppl sit there constantly .. i can spin each every 5 minutes make the mat. such places is MILIONS
and also this was be first game ever that ban u for being to good in the game

Not sure yet. My account went from fully softban to being better to getting the server data message.. So I'm conflicted on what is going on exactly, I'm going to give it 24-48 hrs before I declare it dead.

Are you saying that there was no ban wave (or at least test)? Somebody DDOS attacked Pokemon Go servers in Europe?

i dont understand, why not going the short way instead of fooling here around? "failed to get data from server" is the end.
if you have a pokestop ban or similar it should go away, if you dont cheat in this time or further. the message is clear from niantic.
Did you even read the article from verge or just like reading titles?
