well , if trick with making same account , same name could work, i dont see how to do it , since its google account delete pokemongo ( otherwise it doesnt let you log out ) , install again, asks for your account, but since ur logged into it, it just asks permision

If Niantic are banning then older botting accounts being banned while later ones aren't does make sense since people made mistakes on their earlier ones (bad settings, sniping/soft-ban etc) while knew what they were doing with their later accounts and used the right software, e.g. PokeSniper2 rather than sniping and getting soft-banned from a bot.

Well, the new ban i had was the catch flee ban. And yeah i got unbanned Levle 29 account.

Whatever, you can play can you? So stfu. That's not even the goddamn point of this thread anyway and people keep posting about this like it's a big deal. No one cares about catchflee because we know it's a softban and pretty sure almost everybody who had that problem can play fine now just had to wait a couple of hours. Not days.

I had the catchflee/gamedata ban on one of the accounts and it still isn't lifted. Been 24hr+, so again: stop being ignorant please.
I clearly described my situation several times, just so others in the same boat wont feel lonely.

Hey guys here is the info that I have this far from my own experience:
1. Yesterday was the 1st time when I entered the game and it restricted me to spin the pokestops by notifying to "try again later" on all pokestops
2. Very early today (at around 1-2 AM) the game started to give me the error saying""Failed to get game data from the server."

People are saying that they have got their accounts normally working after the pokestops error (NOT A SOFTBAN), although I have not met anyone anywhere saying that they have got the server issue after the pokestops "try again later" error. So I don't really know but the reason it fails to retrieve data is something I have encountered earlier, when the servers where overwhelmed.

My assumptions (either/or):
1. this might be an error connected to some backend chemistry the Niantic is doing there and we might get back our accounts
2. this is just a serverside error that many of us have encountered earlier (might be connected to the game launch in different new regions)
3. finally the accounts might really be suspended, although I don't really think/ don't want to think so, because they couldn't monitor anything except for the sudden location changes and the account level. They also need to officially notify you about your account being suspended, which they have not done yet.

Anyways these are my thoughts out loud.

Just making sure, because some people had only game data ban, while others just had catch/flee ban and were unbanned.
