WOTLK Phishing Help

Hello all!

I'm stuck with creating my WOTLK phishing site, you see I've got the file structure right, entered all information in the configuration file and its all correct to my knowledge... yet when I go to site whether the database command is set to no or yes it still won't budge from that site error which basically means it cant connect to the server,

So could anyone possibly help me I have not played WoW in God knows long and I am getting quite desperate.

First of all, whose phisher are you using? I am assuming you are using Tanax's PHP phish.
