Yeah bot as long as you want without single softban/hardban on private server. Have fun with all other people with bag full of 1000 Dragonite 3500 CP. Lol

<p>I used lucky egg which gives me 7 minutes time and after some time it showed 47 minutes under lucky egg.</p>

<p>Try using a lucky egg if you have one and check if you get the same times.

Is there any way to 100% confirm i was perma banned?

It feels like obtain data from server error is the perma ban.

Cant login on any account, but also cant create a new one (because also the new one gives error).

Guys i can not login yesterday with my 36 level account and it says failed to get data from server but now it load up to quarter but stucks there. There is also a 27 level google account also and when i log in with it it says gps not found. I create a new account and still says no gps. So i delete the game and install again and log in with the new account so it wont give the gps error. Does anyone have this error?

English is not my native language so sorry if there is a mistake in my writing

I never did botting/sniping..Only NOx and in the same location for 2 straight weeks.
36 hours ago I got.... we are humbled by your request blah blah...I restated app and login worked.
I evolved 20 Pokemon's using a lucky egg which showed 47 minutes under lucky egg and got items from all pokestops. But no Pokemon's spawned for one hour
It is perma banned right?
Please help me start bottling. Any links would help me.

created a new account approx. 48 hours ago, botted it with necrobot incl sniping to lvl 20. 24 h later i got the catchflee error. today it is back up and it is properly working. didn't start using sniping again. nevertheless will be wondering what happens once I leave the states and go back to play "properly" in my homecountry Austria

IMHO..
Niantic failed to create a "FAIR" game, it's not fair when people who lives at big cities can catch all the pokemon, spin all the pokestops, and conquer all the gyms, meanwhile people who lives at urban area are stuck with pidgey and rattata..

They shouldn't roll out this game when they haven't mapped fairly for pokemon, pokestops & gyms..

And their leveling system is ridiculous, I played legit until lv 27, and it was dumb.. 200k exp to level up but still the same 100 exp for catching pokemon and 50 exp for spinning pokestops.. that took days or even weeks..

These are the factors people created and use third party apps like gps spoof and bots.. Niantic should fix their game if they don't want people to bot..

And their lack of communication is not helping at all..

Sorry for the bad English, it's not my first language..

PS, I caught catchflee ban, but it was lifted after around 12 hours.. I hope the same for you guys.. Stay strong..

Game is pointless without spoofing. I live in the middle of nowhere and will never be able to participate in gym battles with pidgeys and weedles. Here's hoping someone can find a way around the "can't get data" crap. I mean people VPN'd to evade IP bans, so I'm assuming someone will come up with a solution and be the #1 internet hero.

Yo all,
I have been following this tread for the past two days as well. I know there are a lot of speculations whether we are banned if we get the data error or not. I have a lvl 39 account in that situation as well, unfortunately it is not " unbanned " . I have got some spare accounts though. One of my spares had the catch flee error after a night of necrobotting at 5km/h.

I used the program called QuickSpin to maybe solve the catch flee issue by setting the coords as same as the coords of the necroconfig. I started Quickspin and it indeed said I was soft banned, then it did his thing and said completed blabla. I started up the necrobot as usual and bam, no catch flee errors or what so ever.

I am still in hope for my main account though, but for know I keep my bot at a low km/h!

Edit: Currently the bot is giving my spare account 50k per hour with 200 mons per hour with necrobot!

I went on PTC and tried to use my old name and it still says the name is taken, yet I'm banned. It's a random as hell name so it's not because someone picked it up instantly. I'm so confused
