hi guys i would like to confirm ban is only temporary . i was softban with fleeing pokemon every since the new ban came out. i calculated it was a 12 hr ban and yes i did login in between to check until now i was able to catch pokemon again . i have no prob with looting pokestop during the fleeing pokemon softban . So i would like to inform players with similar softbans not to panick .

did you have the "fail to get data from server" screen?

Botted 9 accounts, 7 perm banned.

Of the 2 that didn't get any sort of ban/new soft ban, they both had their name changed when that update came out, and weren't botted/spoofed on since.
The other 7 had the original names.

Coincidence? Doubt it, not that it matters anymore.

That's good to know! Thanks man. But I think the most messed up "ban" right now is the one with the data message we're getting because you can't just simply login... But well, a lot of people were getting that flee one too so thanks for the info!

I had my necrobot running overnight and at 7am GMT when I woke up it was working fine, by 730am it was catching Pokemon but wouldn't loot pokestops.

It's now 1011pm and pokestops are still black and I can't loot them - it says "try again later"

the first time cant catch yesterday 03:00 AM, i looked bot still flee but keep ran the bot, and 08:00 AM back to normal again bot can catch and spin , today 11:00 AM cant catch pokemon again and 04:00 PM cant spin, because im ran bot in VPS, i cant stop it, banned or not go to hell, actually now 02:00 AM back to normal, MAYBE niantic limit pokem/pokes per day..

+1 was very fun when it came out. Played legit to lvl 37 "own my own business and make my own hours lol", and spent a lot of money as well. Also great for getting out and getting some exercise. I just grew tired of catching low lvl and the 3 step glitch etc. So i tried botting and catching everything to my hearts content. But if i get banned on my main account, well shit.. I do have back ups acc but if they all get banned, well. I'm done with Pokemon go. Again not out of hate but out of interest.

Yeah I played legit until level 21 and then the boredom set in.
The majority of Pokemon are pointless to have for battles and even if you find ones with good IV they can be taken out by attrition by mediocre ones in gyms.
Sniping and bot hunts for perfect Pokemons became the only amusing thing after that. Even if Niantic introduces trading or trainer battles the game isn't going to be enough to hold my interest.

I bet the drop off rate of legitmate players after level 15 is going to be near 75% or higher. The novelty of the game just doesn't have lasting power.

I got banned last night sometime around 10 or 11 pm. Still can't catch a Pokemon. They all flee. But I can battle and loot pokestops.

That's an interesting point. A cap on how much one can catch in a day. I real amount possible...

now saying servers experiencing issues

some players are saying it took them 15 hrs . so u might be unban soon too !
