I have been getting "can't retrieve game data from server" for 3 days now. Anyone else have it going this long?

I had 4 accounts with that error and after 24 hours it has also been lifted and been able to use them but I try not to use them all on the same device I run others on emulators etc. Bots still functioning too.

I don't see a reason to split the thread as the catch/flee soft-ban is connected with fail to login error. I was un soft-banned after 24 hours and then ten minutes later i get the fail to login error.

I had same issue bro, be patient... i waited around 3 days too. 3 of my accounts are working fine now.... im still waiting for my other three to work... who knows how long it takes. Its not ban bro , chill =)

READ THIS, BAN LIFTED/GONE

Last night i used Necrobot for 10 hours straight. In the afternoon i was also botting for a few hours. (Friday 12-08-2016)

Since 8:00pm i was unable to catch pokemons and collect pokestops.

EDIT: MY NECROBOT WAS CONSTANLY SAYING CATCHFLEE!

BUT NOW.. 1:00am 13-08-2016 my ban is gone.

I live in Europe.

There is still hope!!!!

Got catchflee softban at around 11 30 am, then tried the following until 1 pm to lift the ban:

1. Charged money into the account - did not work
2. Spun 40+ pokestops - did not work
3. Threw more than 50 balls each on the ground - did not work

Then I decided to wait it out, and I tried just now. Pokemons are no longer running away. HURRAY!
