my bot ran 6 hours from pokestop to pokestop and tried fast unbanning then i logged in and saw catchflee ban and pokestop ban. now i can catch pokemons but pokestop still not working. other accounts on same device are working, no problems with pokestops...

The fact you can log in and perform in game actions suggests you are soft banned.

Your account will more than likely be fine tomorrow.

I talked to my source again, what triggered these perm bans was the sheer amount of people botting.

Yea, I am getting the same issue today. Failed to get game data from the server. The funny thing is, I can log on with my second bot just fine, playing normally. I think that may be due to the fact that I changed it's name yesterday and haven't used the bot since, but I dunno. Anyhow, I did want to add, I went to the trainer club website and tried to make an account with my username (Fronm the account that is getting the error) and it said that my name was available. So unless there are problems on the website as well, my ass is banned. :O It was fun while it lasted and it seems I have a level 28 bot that made it through.

Its confirmed for me. Left my two bots on overnight with different IP's using Necro v0.8.6 and 1 has been banned with the catch flee error which was the one running "WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour": 35 per hour. The other bot was running with "WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour": 5.0 per hour and is still running strong no issues.

I dont think its the speed that affects the stability of the bot. Rather, pokemon/hour seems more important

Fui em algumas... das 5 contas 4 estão com o problema de pegar Pokemon... porem a lvl 36 que tenha que foi a primeira que usei bot a umas semanas esta ok.

As a test on my new account, I have changed my settings to those what got me banned this morning. I have not got banned as of yet (been running for 30 mins)

This suggests that either Niantic ran a sweep this morning or I haven't been running it for long enough.
