Still trying to get banned though by running all versions of hud on new account for the last few hours without any results, and more info from anyone who is still getting banned would be good

Perhaps, they only ban after a certain level? Like no one would care if they got banned at level one, so they rather just wait till you've put in some progress and than bam!

Last time i used Poehud was like 13 hours ago
I spent all day yesterday farming for arcanists with my automated script (only thing i changed in the source was PreloadAlertPlugin) and did NOT get banned.
Good thing i checked the forums before using it today..

They just ban when certain events started. like new race season yesterday. now u could play for 4 Weeks and nothing will happen and than .. baam!

Playing for past 12 hours with PoeHud, still doing it. No ban so far

It isn't a ban based on player behavior. It is a request sent to the anti-cheat that already existed, but appears to have been changed slightly.

As for the people that haven't been banned, from a psychological perspective it is better to ban a subset of players that are cheating. This spreads fear, uncertainty, and doubt and can convert the remaining cheaters back to honest players. I assume this is what they are doing.

Ugh, i have so much more to learn, opened POE.exe in IDA Pro, and there are so many functions and pointers to go through... The horror!

u got any info on steam or non steam accounts bans? was just wondering cause everyone i know that got banned were all non steam users,


steam user here used it yesterday and each time i am on the hud is also on ....currently at about 6k hours on steam and ditto for the hud obviously never got a warning and didnt get banned either.

Not sure about Steam accounts, actually, or if the Steam client version is even getting detection requests.

Tried to petition, told no. The only thing that seems odd is this account's never had any warnings, I thought they usually issued at least one before a perma ban.

The warning bit was a one time thing. They specifically said that was the only time they'd issue warnings.

I was playing on the steam client and got a ban.

using POEHUD only, the version from github updated a few days ago.

In my opinion GGG are *******s. They only ban a few because they know there are a LOT more using the tool, they could ban all at once but they would lose too many customers.
Sucks for the banned few and serves as a warning for the others. Closed beta account with lots of legacy items on HC and 5 supporter packs purchased. Still have 500+ mtx points and ofc they don't refund them. Don't ever support these guys. Banwave also included another guy with over 1000$ worth mtx and a Divination card which is now legacy and can't be obtained anymore.
A Blizzlike warning for the paying customers would be enough for me to never touch this thing again. Was using it for 2-3 months now in the middle of the tempest league to not get oneshot in high level maps by offscreen exiles or bosses and to clear maps easier. Well, sucks for me, hope you guys can still enjoy the game.
