I downloaded RestedXP from Curseforge first. Just downloaded this folder and extracted the folder straight to /Addons. I did not delete or mess with any other folders.

Works perfectly.

So no idea why people do not do that.

Think the confusion comes because you download a zip file which has the rar file. So you need to download the zip and extract the rar out then extract the rar to the addons folder.

Hey brother the addon is prompting this message since today, just letting you know just in case. Maybe there's an update after the 11.02 file you uploaded.

Sorry to be a pain but im struggling to get this working. I download the top folder in your thread {Leveling Guides, Extract to Addons: Link} open the rar and extract it to the addons folder with the original rxp still installed? And i saw in your older posts delete the 2 variables i don't know if this still applies but where are these located?

Well, people choose not to say if it used to add on before.

If they had, the saved variables are there
If they have not, the same variables are not there

But for some reason, people don’t want to say to you or not.

You could just look at the wow folder for the saved variables

Saying you’re not saying if you’re using era classic or retail I can direct you in the right place

Sorry new to this kinda thing. Im playing on HC classic era on anniversary server. I used the free addon before so i will have the saved variables i assume

They just look in the era directory for savedvariables

Then just delete the files that says Rxp

i deleted the saved variables under wtf - account - numbers -saved variables also hit delete saved variables on cursed forge uninstalled and reinstalled the mod and extracted all of your folder to my addons folder but when i boot the game i still only see 1-22 under the guides, am i supposed to extract just the HC folder from your rar?

What did you extract it with?

All people need to do
Install addon via curseforge installer
Downlaod RXP leveling
Extract to addons folder.

Thats it
