I was wondering which paypal is it that will actually let you send money without any bank account,credit cards, ect. I was told canada so i made a canada account last night, was scamming and when i had my loot i went to send it to my real paypal(was under proxys ect doing this) and as soon as i went to send the payment its said that my account had restrictions on it confirm address ,bank account ect but when i checked my sending limits just a moment before it sas i can send up to 3700 canada dollars which was plenty more than i needed to send the u.s. dollars that i wanted to send. So my question is, is there a paypal where you donot need a credit card or bank account added to send funds.

The problem is, you probably recieved more than the recieving limit for a canadian paypal account. I don't know the exact value of the recieving limit, unfortunately.

For an American paypal account that is unverified you have no spending limit unless you have a credit card. When you are using a canadian paypal you are most likely under a proxy because you don't want to get caught scamming. (This is something I was told, not sure if it's true or not) When the IP changes on paypal they see it and they don't let you send it unless you verify who you are. So make sure you stay under the same proxy IP. Then try it.
