No, im using windows 7 and its not workingAnd yes i have searched on wowhead in view source and gotten the ID from there
this thread seems kinda dead
any progress Everdox?
If you cant make it work its because it may not work for said item. I tried this tool for 1hour since it worked with some but not all Items I wanted to swap. So I went to wowhead and tried random items some worked some didnt.
So I assume it doesnt work with all items. It also dont work with a wow patched with this tool http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...n-remover.html sadly
If you make it work, link us a working swapp so we can try aswell. Cuz i cant get anyone to work.
any news? :d
Anyone finding that it may fail to swap some of the gears?
Check this, i'm a pally tank and i was trying to swap the (display id) 88238 [Reinforced Sapphirium Handguards]. But even after successful swap i got no result, nothing changed at all.
It worked out fine when i swap other gloves, and it even worked out fine when i swap some random cloth gloves to the handguard.
so...anyone can tell me what to do to get rid of those gauntlets?

using win 7 , 32bit, working, great! thanks for this
Suddenly this just stoped working for me. It worked great a few days ago but now it either says success but no model was changed or i end up with a white and blue square in my hands instead of a weapon. Any solutions?
same problem here, gearme worked for a day, but not any more.
I tried with items that worked before- and nothing...
I've done everything correct but ran into a problem. My files doesn't have the filetype names after it so a textdocument is only named "something" instead of "something.txt" so saving it as .bat will only name it "something.bat" and still be a textdocument. Anyone know how to make so i can show the filetypes after the filenames?
