So anyone got this working on exp?
I downloaded the program and made a folder for it and placed it on the desktop. Then i made a text doc and took the id's (gearme 81901 74733) wich would be vicious 2h axe to zin'rokh and saves it as xxx.bat.. Then i open wow and run the .bat file, and it says "wow.exe found, failed to obtain handle" im pretty sure i got the right id's and such. anyone got the same problem or am i doing something wrong?
Please help :d sorry for wall of text and bad english.

if you get wow found, but failed to obtain handle, you need to go into compatibility mode and set it to always run as admin.

yeah but im running windows xp, there is no setting for admin as far as I can see.

It doesnt matter what Dislpay id i put into the bat file and then run, i get:

Wow.exe found!
Handle obtained
Locating dbc.....
item not found...no swap performed

Windows 7, 64-bit

I am also getting the same error as Leksugen, im also running the same OS, have tried to run as admin and tried various different display ID but nothing works.

hi sorry to leave xp users out in the cold for so long. i was able to do some testing with virtual machine and find/fix the issues.

so you can expect a fix soon. also, gearme will no longer be command line, it will read data from a text file instead to make the overall process more user friendly

Very nice, I remember a pvp video on youtube that features a mage which had his gear model-edited. Looked cool! Time to check this out myself.

Got it to work, just left it open awhile longer and they all swapped.
