I did double check on stuff I type in, also card is working, I did buy some stuff on other sites in those days.

it could be that your credit card protection blocking the payment, it happened to me i did it first time and 10 mins later i got a call from my bank saying someone is buying stuff from a russian website.

possibly, they should be able to tell you why its not getting accepted.

could also be that maybe the credit card doesn't allow foreign currencies transactions.
