no you cannot change country once a account has been made.

Only way is to make a ticket with your old ID showing old address and then new one.

you can make a ticket in any language you speak doesnt matter

I have some questions, hope you can answer them.

1. When am I required to use the VPN/Proxy. I used VPN in order to create the battle.net account. Now when I log in it, it says country of residence - Russian Federation. Do I have to use VPN, while buying the keys or only when I am activating them in my battle.net account.
2. If I click on way to buy - Credit Card, can I use my debit card instead. My debit card is Visa Electron (is it a problem if my card is an English one?)
3. After doing 2) if I start playing from Great Britain on that account, can they suspend it?
