The Russian licenses are still worth, but you need to have profitable way to buy keys from plati.ru - Webmoney WMZ, even CC sometimes etc.

Since 6.1 Blizzard updated the RU license and services rates, and last month updated the gametime rate too, so they are not so profitable like before, but still placed under the EU/UK rates.

Nowadays WOD ~ 17-18$ and BC 30d is ~ 7$, Gametime is still around 8-11$ montly.
