You got to register account from russian ip and add keys, still using russian ip.

I made that acc 3 months ago... managed to buy a prepaid time 2 weeks ago but with a russian proxi... than transfered it to my main acc...than this happened... i can play my old acc and this one... http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...one-payed.html (2 accounts working on same b-net, only one payed?)

I just wanted to say thanks for posting this method and maybe to aid others who are thinking of doing this. With the recent banwave I lost my main account that I was stupidly botting on so I decided to buy another on the cheap. Buying a new game, with the level 90 boost for £17.90 was a steal. Its slightly more expensive than the out of stock link the OP, but compared to almost £30 from the best retailer I could find, its great!

A few notes compared to the OP.

1. You have to buy an original copy of the game as well as warlords of draenor. The warlords of draenor key is only an upgrade key, not the full game. In the OP the product included both an original account and a WOD key, this is not in stock any more, so you have to buy separately.

2. The only way for me (in the UK) to buy was via Webmoney credit card. My debit card did not work! Even thought they say they accept debit cards like Visa Electron. Only a credit card will work and it is dependant on your card company. You think many will find a transaction from Russia odd? I think so. You may even have to get in touch with your bank to approve it if it fails. I tried different methods of payment, but they all block credit cards or phone numbers from the UK (maybe other EU countries too)? You can set up a bank transfer after signing up to one of the other payment providers(separate to webmoney), but it sounded complicated and when they asked for passport details I gave in. You cannot make a webmoney account and add funds that way, they will not let you register a number outside of Russia for security purposes. Repeat, the only way is to pay by Credit Card!

3. It took a good 5 mins for my card to authorise, refreshing, tick, tick, tick (10sec) over and over. Don't worry, leave it be and give it time.

So great, f*** you blizzard for banning me, I may even start to bot on multiple accounts now in response to it. I have after all, enjoyed it

Yes I did that. Easy Logic - just write a petition you want to merge and that you can prove your the owner of both b-net accs. Think theres a bug too, I can play my old acc and new one, But i only payed gametime in Rubajs, for my russian acc before I even merged it.

Russian accounts will not be transferred, nor merged to European Battle.net's. If zlayolon managed to, then I'd like to hear how. From what I understood, there is a blockade in the database/system preventing this. If your country is rest to Russia, you won't be able to migrate to Europe. You can play on Europe servers, but not move the accounts around. That would do more evil than good.
