I have a problem with payment on plati.ru, i dont use any vpn, i choose Weebmoney on the first step,(price 790rub),next i change a language, and choose credit card, price up too 850rub, on the next i set my card info, (serial,date,card holder) and on the next step the price go back 790rub(should be 850rub) 10second and "payment rejected" anybody can help me?

what are you tying to purchase for 790rub? What card do you have? Just choose card, you don't have to choose weebmoney then card, its same thing. Payment can be rejected because maybe you have wrong card, maybe you don't have money on it or you have some extra protection for that card.

It shouldn't be 850, it should be 790, because I think you get some discount on the end.
