you dont need a proxy to register a EU account with russian federation as country.

all you need is a proxy to add the cd key into your account if its bought from a third party.

Its cheaper if you buy them directly from battle.net shop, in a package (battle.chest + wod) its around €14.

You only have to use proxxy during the payment and activation, since you will only see the right prices if you're from russian IP.
And you can even use your paypal here.

Is Hola unblocker an equivalent to proxy ? I'm using a wireless wifi connection and not a lan cable, so I think it wouldn't work that easily. How do I change my IP with a wireless connection ?

IP doesn't have to do anything with the wireless connection, just change it in your browser. Google how to add proxy in browser.

Okay, did it, bought it from battle.net with a russian proxy. Played fine yesterday but now it says my acc isn't upgraded bla bla. How come ?
EDIT: A GM contacted me just now and said that they detected my IP and it was not fom Russia. It seems that Hola Unblocker won't work.
EDIT: I did it with a debit card. It doesn't show my residence, does it ?

you could always buy the game key from a third party site and they wont delete the account.
