When i transfer charachters to a new account using my credit card, after that ban 1st accout... Can i use same credit card a month later on new account? I mean on account where i transferd to, as Subscription?
Or there is some risk?

That's fine.

Blizzard never causes punishments to seep over into future accounts, except in some extremely rare circumstances (IE, a scammer/hacker who steals 100s of accounts every single day may have all accounts associated with his IP banned forever.)

Any time an account of yours gets banned, even if it's a multiple ban, it's a one time thing. If you make a new account, with or without the same credit card, then it's fine, as long as you don't break any rules on that new account.

Yes. You can transfer characters to-and-from servers and accounts without needing an active subscription on either the original account, or, if applicable, the destination account.

So, if you're trying to transfer a char from an inactive account to an active account, an active account to an inactive account, or an inactive account to an inactive account, then it'll work fine. Same if you're on an inactive account and you're transfering a character between servers. You just won't be able to play it until you add more time.

If either the destination or original account is locked, suspended, or banned, then you cannot transfer characters.

Possible to get unbanned from this type of violation? what should I say to them? Yes I realize I'm listed as a leecher, but I quit playing awhile back around 7 months ago and am trying to get back into playing the game if I could somehow possibly retrieve my account.

Alright guys, as you know, I no longer write unban emails for anyone anymore, except in a few rare circumstances, like for friends or long-time members.

There is someone who will write them for you now, though! His name is Glovek, and here is his thread: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ge...n-letters.html If you want someone else to write unban emails for you, of the caliber that I would write them, then read that thread.

He has studied this for a while, and he has gotten many accounts unbanned with his emails. He's just as good as writing unban emails as I am, and I recommend him greatly.
