Hey,
So I had a level 70 Undead Gladiator Warlock. I quit around April 25th, 2008. Around mid May I wanted to come back to WoW, so I started just jumping around on my cousin's rogue, then I saw my old bro log on so obviously I whispered him saying whats up and telling him I wanted to come back. I hopped into vent with him and everything and he told me that he could renew my account. Of course I said yea do it, since I was kind of tight on money at the time. Anway this was probably....May 18th. He asked if he could play on my guy a little bit when I wasn't on and I said yea of course because he was paying for my account and he really earned my trust. Anyways, 1-2 days later blizzard sent out a HUGE banning wave, and they banned like....300,000 people I heard. My account was one of them. Now I know I wasn't botting or anything but that is what I was perma-banned for. I knew my friend botted but I didn't think that he would do it while playing my account. But anyways when I got banned I was like ok whatever ill just play my cousins account. But I still read the email that blizzard sent me. It just said that I was botting under my account and im responsible for whatever happened under my account. Now originally I thought that they banned all accounts with the credit card that my friend was using. But he told me he used a game card to reactivate my account. I sent a email to blizzard telling them that I didn't bot and all they said it that I was responsible for it anyway. Now what I want to know is 1. After sending this email does this hurt my chance of getting my account back(my friend is paying a guy from this site to write an email for me and he's supposed to be really good) and 2.What are the actual chances that I get my account back, now I think I have best case scenario because well:
1.My account was only active for...1-2 days before banned after a month long break
2.My friend that botted lives....in Canada and i live in Michigan
3. and of course if they scan my computer they will find no trace of any bots on it because well....i've never downloaded anything illegal to wow

I'm a bit confused. Are you saying your cousin botted on your account and it got banned? If so, why do you feel "wronged", per se? What do you mean when you say you thought they banned your cousin's credit card?

And yes, if you already sent an email, then there is no hope. Your account is gone forever.

It sounds like your friend did in fact bot on your account and is simply lying when he says he didn't.

Hardly. I knew it was long, so I broke it up into multiple sections, included a table of contents, and broke each section into many easy to read paragraphs, which all have clear and punctuated sentences. Also, I don't think I misspelled anything or used improper grammar, either. Clearly, you don't know the definition of a "wall of text." Here's the definition from urbandictionary.com:

A piece of writing that does not use proper grammar and generally looks like a giant essay with 20 to 400 sentences without using paragraphs or any bit of spacing at all.

A paragraph written, usually on an internet forum, that is usually very long, has little or no punctuation and is very stressful on the eyes.

A wall of text is a long piece of writing with little or no breaks. Please, know the meanings of the words you say when you insult someone next time.

To farm gold, perhaps? Many people bot on the elemental plateau/other places to get motes.
